The 3" Benchrest Style Remington 700 stock from Revolution Stocks is designed for 1000 Yard Benchrest shooting. This Rem 700 stock is proven to enhance performance. It has an extra long, 3 inch wide forend for extended tracking surface. The large, straight comb buttstock was designed with the bottom running at a three degree slant to allow it to move down and away from the face under heavy recoil. This allows the rifle to track extremely well. Because of the design, this Remington stock is recommended for single shot only.
This replacement rifle stock is available for Remington 700 single shot with 1 1/4" straight barrel.

The , stock is good looking, very straight.
the inletting is very good EXCEPT , they cut the notch for bolt handle about 3/16" too big.
it is a little unsightly, But it is a working gun and everything else being as good as it is i'll let that pass. I got the stock w/o the aluminum bedding block as I wanted to bed it my own way, with piller's . and didn't want the bedding block. Woodland camo looks awesome.

Overall, nice stock for the purpose for which it was purchased. Received the stock per advertised delivery time frame. I ordered the Fire & Ice color scheme. Although its a nice finish, I was expecting a brighter red color. The stock will require some additional inletting to accomodate the oversized recoil lug mating the receiver and MTU contoured barrel it will support. Otherwise, look foward to getting this rig to the range.

I received the stock on the day promised. It is very well made fit an finish great. When I Placed the barrel action it needed only mininum glass bedding. The stock tracks realy great in the rest. The stock is a little heavier than I expected it will make it a little difficult to make class weight. The stock is not cheep but is well worth the money.

I ordered this stock initially for its curb appeal. I did not like the other BR stocks. I had just had a new Br rifle built. The stock was bone gray and perfectly match the ss barrel and the black scope. In fact I am ordering a varmint stock for varmint 700 hv barrel 223.
All prices are in USD.
