The Heritage Classic Winchester Model 70 stock from Revolution Stocks embodies all the graceful design elements found in classic rifle stocks costing far more, yet it subtly balances those elements for the variety of applications it will serve. The slender, somewhat open grip on this Winchester stock is well defined, but does not extend too far below the toe line. The comb is parallel to the bore for smooth sighting and to aid scope use. The cheekpiece adds facial support and grace to your new Winchester replacement stock. The stock's flat/oval forend and inletting fits a wide range of rifles.

Great stock with a perfect fit. Well worth the price you charge. I really appreciate the way you kept me up to date on the status of my stock by phone calls and E-Mail. I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends. The colors on my stock were perfect. I intend to have my barrell teflon coated (baked on) to match the woodland camo on the stock. Keep up the good work.

I got the woodland camo stock for my winchester model 70 black shadow and the gun has never looked better. The rifle dropped right in and the stock looks better in person than it did in the pictures!

Unpacked it and was truly impressed. It fit the barreled action perfectly. I have bought stocks for other rifles at twice the price and they do not compare to this one. I need to glass and pillar bed the stock yet. I will be buying all my stocks here in the future.

This stock simply stunned me right out of the box. The web pictures cannot do it justice for looks. The action fitting was almost perfect. I just had to relieve the bolt cutout area just a little so the bolt would stop on the steel. It would have worked just fine but I am a little bit of a perfectionist. Everything else lined up just fine and my rifle had a new quality fit and feel. My .270 Win model 70 shot exactly 1 inch for the first firing test with my pet load. After I glassed bedded the recoil lug area and put a pressure point on the forward part of the barrel. That touch alone brought the group down to 5/8ths inch for three shots using the same load. Not bad for a stock with no frame or pillar bedding. I do recommend this stock.
