FAQs

My order status says "Awaiting Shipment". What does that mean?
"Awaiting Shipment" means that we've received your order and it's being processed now. If it is on the shelf, it will ship out in a 1-3 business days. If it's not on the shelf, it has been put into the manufacturing cycle and will ship out as soon as it's ready. Typically this is 3 weeks.

Is every item in the E-store on the shelf and ready to ship?
NO. Many are but due to the variety of options and colors it is impossible to keep every version stocked. Also, stocks are shipping out constantly and we are not able to keep real-time inventory within the online store. If you need it in a couple of days, it is best to call to make sure that it is on the shelf.

How long does it take to ship the stocks?
If the stock in the exact configuration is on the shelf, we ship within (2) days. All other stocks, unless the color is indicated as (6-8 weeks), should ship in (2-3) weeks.

How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on the destination but it is typically $10-$15.

Do you charge my card as soon as I order?
No
, we do not charge you until we ship. If you are paying via debit card, the authorization may show up in your account as a pending transaction. In the rare event that a backorder wait is longer than 30 days, around the 30-day mark, we will charge your card $1 to keep the authorization active. If you choose to cancel your order after we've made this charge, the $1 charge will be refunded to you.

How can I be sure that I order the right thing?
If you are unsure about if you have LA or SA, ADL or BDL. Send us an email us and we can send you a tech guide that gives detailed measurements so that you can check against your stock.

How do I know if the stock that I am ordering is in stock and can ship immediately?
The only way to know for sure is to email us the exact configuration that you are looking for and we can check the shelves. There are enough variations and turn over that it is impractical to keep the inventory on the site current.

Can you ship internationally?
No. We can only ship to customers in the US. Rifle stocks are considered a firearm accessory and therefore the government requires that the manufacturer have export licenses for each country. This is just not feasible at this time.

Do you have a stock that fits the Savage 223 Edge?

Does the Savage 110 Tundra fit a varmint barrel?
No. However, the Savage 112 Varmint has the same dimensions as the 110 and will fit the varmint barrel.

Do you offer custom stocks that are not on the site?
No. It is too expensive to set up production on every rifle but we are planning to add stocks to the product line. If you do not find what you are looking for on the site, please email us so we know what people are looking for.
