Delivery & Shipping Information

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AS OF JUNE 12, ANY STOCK NOT IN INVENTORY WILL NOT SHIP TILL AFTER AUG 11TH DUE TO SUMMER FACTORY HOURS. CALL OR EMAIL US TO SEE IF YOUR SELECTION IS IN INVENTORY.

 

If the stock that you are ordering is in inventory, the item ships within 2 days. If the item is not in inventory or considered a special order color, the item typically ships within 3-5 weeks. If for some reason, it will be longer than 3-5 weeks, you will be notified as soon as possible and you can decide how you want to handle the order. In many cases, an option can be changed such as color, or pad to get the stock to you sooner.

If you are concerned about the shipping date, please call or send us an email and we can give you an anticipated ship date.

All USARifleStocks.com shipments are delivered by FedEx. We believe they are the most reliable carrier, and very cost-competitive versus other alternatives. The cost of shipping is determined by using the “FedEx Calculator” and is passed through to you as part of your final bill.

Returns Policy – We Want You To Be Completely Satisfied

All sales are final at the time of shipment, but we know that sometimes mistakes are made, and sometimes you simply have decided that you don’t want the product.

USARifleStocks will accept the return of any product for any reason if it is received by us in good condition with a completed RMA form, within (10) working days of when you received the product.

Our Mistake

If the mistake is on our end, you will pay nothing additional for us to resolve the issue. Follow the RMA process and we will take care of any return or exchange and pay for all associated shipping.

If your stock does not fit properly, we will ask that you speak with our technical rep at Revolution Stocks. Sometimes, manufacturers will change measurements over time. An older Winchestor Model 70 might have a slightly different hole placement than a newer Model 70. When this happens, we want to be able to verify the problem and make the neccessary changes for future orders.

Your Mistake

If the mistake is on your end, such as choosing Long Action when you needed Short action or you decided that you want a different color, you will be responsible for any additional shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

RMA Process:

  • Click on the link that follows, and complete the Return Material Authorization form. Call and inform us of your return we will provide you with an “RMA” number. Print the form and include it with your returned stock.

  • Pack and ship the product via UPS to the following address:

  • Upon receipt of the product from you, we will immediately inspect it. If we determine that the product is consistent with the information you provided when filling out the Return Form, we will either refund your money including the cost of shipping, or send you a replacement, if that is what is indicated on the RMA form.
  • If you are returning the stock for a replacement, we will charge you for the shipment of the replacement stock at the time it ships. This is usually the same amount as your original shipment cost.

Return Shipping Instructions:

IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL THAT YOU DO TWO THINGS WHEN RETURNING PRODUCT TO US.

  1. Given the condition of the package when you have received it, you may have to use a new box. If you have any doubts, please put the product in a new box to assure it will be received by us in the same condition that you received it.
  2. You must complete an RMA form and send it to us to get an Return No. You must clearly mark the outside of the package with your Return No. If we don’t have your Return No., we can not process your request.
